Beautiful dress. Only challenge is that I am 5'10", 135# and wished I could have gotten a tall. (I had ordered a 6 regular). The regular 6 was too short...yes, way too short. Nicely shaped dress and very tasteful. The pattern gave it an updated feel and it was lightweight for velvet.

I am really disappointed in this dress. The color, the fabric - all good - but the fit...awful. It is so incredibly UNFLATTERING. If you have hips, don't buy it! Unfortunately, back it goes!

I wanted this dress to be perfect, but the first time I tried it on it wasn't quite right. Fortunately, I gave it a second chance before returning it. It needed the colored tights and shoes to make it work. It is smaller than most Boden dresses in the same size, but it's not too small. It is very short, and I bought a tall. I think I'll have to stitch the lining along the bottom better since it kept riding up and I don't want to be indecent. I'm happy to have a fancier dress that is still somewhat warm to wear this winter!

Beautiful dress. High quality material. So close to perfection but misses the mark. The dress is tight around the shoulder area, too short even in a long, and has no shape - looks like a sack! A little adjustment in the fitting of this dress and it would be gorgeous! So clos boden... Try again for next year but give the dress some shape.

This is a beautiful dress. That being said, the fabric is very thick, stiff and inflexible, so when I was trying it on, I was afraid I was going to get stuck in it. I couldn't quite get it over my shoulders. I wish it worked and was made in a slightly thinner and more flexible fabric. Unfortunately, it has to go back.

There is nothing not to like about this dress! It has both a retro 60s, but modern feel to it, so one feels stylish without looking too "dressed". I have worn it to several concerts, parties and other festive events this winter and the compliments are abundant. It looks equally attractive with flats or boots.
