I almost gave up on the Martha Dress. First ordered it in the Cosmic Spot but they sent me the wrong color (Marine Blue Coal Bud). Being a Clearance item, sizes and colors were very limited. When the Coal Painted Bud showed up in 12R, I decided to give it a try.
It is a bit too flowery for me, but there is enough navy color to tone it down. The empire style is too cute and the price right, that I wanted to make it work.
Even though I'm mostly a Boden 10, I'm glad I got the 12R because it fit just right, such that the 10 would have been tight. The dress is nicely lined as well, giving it a heavier weight to wear for 3 seasons.
Glad to add this "empire style" dress to my wardrobe. It is well done such that it does not look like maternity wear. I just returned the Red Casual Jersey Dress because it was clearly maternity wear on me.
Glad I gave the Martha another chance.

I don't think photo of the model does its justice, (I looks too maternity like). I passed this dress many times, but my curiosity won, Sparrow Cosmic Spot LOVE it! I ordered size 4, felt in love with the style and print, but it was too tight in the chest, i had to get a size 6, (148Lb, almost 5'9"), this fabric is soft and comfy and it looks classy, the only issue - it is still a little! tight in chest not to bad tho, but the way sleeves are made there isn't much give in the fabric so you can't stretch your hands up, but I am not planing to do yoga in it:), so I will keep it, because didn't I say this before already - I love everything else about it:)
