I am trying to figure out my Boden size as I do not fit into the chart numbers. I'm 5'7" and slim, but with a thicker, post-baby, waist...so I ordered a 6R and am swimming in the dress. The length is great but it gaps a lot around my upper torso. Unfortunately there are no 4s available so I will be sending this back without replacing. Beautiful, quality fabric. Adorable neckline.

I almost gave up on the Martha Dress. First ordered it in the Cosmic Spot but they sent me the wrong color (Marine Blue Coal Bud). Being a Clearance item, sizes and colors were very limited. When the Coal Painted Bud showed up in 12R, I decided to give it a try.
It is a bit too flowery for me, but there is enough navy color to tone it down. The empire style is too cute and the price right, that I wanted to make it work.
Even though I'm mostly a Boden 10, I'm glad I got the 12R because it fit just right, such that the 10 would have been tight. The dress is nicely lined as well, giving it a heavier weight to wear for 3 seasons.
Glad to add this "empire style" dress to my wardrobe. It is well done such that it does not look like maternity wear. I just returned the Red Casual Jersey Dress because it was clearly maternity wear on me.
Glad I gave the Martha another chance.
