Thought this looked similar to another dress I bought some time back. No, not really. The material is heavy, almost like upholstery fabric. I'm a bit chunky, and this carpet-like material made me look much larger than I was. Also, the fit is odd, at least for my body. I'm a size 14, but busty; sometimes I have to size up to a size 16 because of that. It fits my chest but hits my hips in an odd way, not my usual problem. It's going back, and I don't think I'll try it in another size.

Oh my gosh, I know that there are folks who were pleased with the Tumeric color, but it was absolutely hiddeous on me. It's not a pretty yellow at all, but more of a phlegmy mucous color. Oh yuck. Must be that my own coloring brings out the worst in it. Fit true to size, but the fabric didn't really flow very well, rather stiff and pointy around the seaming on the chest. So cute on the model though! Perhaps the right color fixes everything.

Once I got the dress on it was short in length for a long and did not flatter my figure. The waist was too big and it hung very boxy. Taking it off with only a side zipper was a challenge.

I loved this the moment I tried it on. I'm blond and the red looks really good. I have never wore red before so I was really going out of my comfort zone. This color would also look great on brown or redhead girls.
This dress is really a great canvas. Wear a statement necklace and nude pumps your office chic change out your shoes for drinks after work and you will look fab! More formal occasion add pearls a lovely metalic shoe and a great clutch you are on the best dressed list. And most import a date with the Mr Dreamy. Wear a great earring with sparkle and sexy high and strappy shoes and he won't even notice what he is eating for dinner.

I just got this dress and can't wait for the weather to warm up so that I can wear it out and about! I chose the vermilion, which is closer to orange than red, and I think it will look great with a fun turquoise necklace-- bright and colorful. The fabric is a nice heavy weight, which will be perfect for spring and fall, but I definintely won't be reaching for this in the summer months.

The fit was perfect. I am usually either a 4 or a 6 in Boden, and this time the 4 was great. It's snug in the bodice (as is usual for Boden, which is great for me and my 34A self), but not too tight in the rear. The shape is so flattering with the empire waist fitting just perfectly on my rib cage and then flaring out to a bit of an A-line cut on the skirt. I'm 5'10", but thought the length of the 4R was fine.

Love love love this dress! Just know it's going to be a favorite once winter clears out to make way for spring.

Love this dress. I ordered the vermillion in size 4. It was on the small side, and the color was more orange-red than the red-pink I expected. Still very cute. I returned and got the navy in size 6 instead.
