This little number looked so great on the model, but the reviews made me lower my expectations, turned out this was such a cute dress! with a great design. The bust did "pouch out a bit" but that was part of the charm of the gathered bust line. I just tacked a tiny bit on one or two pleats to keep them down and it was all I needed for perfection. I hope this style comes back, light and airy, but would love to see it in a three quarter sleeve. Maybe a bell sleeve for summer and a mutton leg sleeve for winter in a light year round wool. Seriously lovely. Thank you Boden.

I got this dress on sale.... and since the weather has turned a bit cool here in Maine it is doubtful I will get wear out of it until next season.... huge bummer. The dress is very cute, a bit on the short side (and I am only 5 foot 4) very light weight. Likely best for casual days: going to the beach, park etc

Ordered this in an 8p; I am 5'2", 133 pounds- it was like a bag! I have the beach dress from last year and wear it all the time; sizing must have changed drastically. Not sure whether to try the 6 or 4.... Pattern is so cute, and dress is light and comfy.

I took this on a 2-month road trip this summer. I had to pack light and was glad to have this along. I felt equally comfortable wearing it sight-seeing with my kids in tow as I did going out for dinner with my husband and friends.
With that said, I would have liked this dress a tad longer. Even when I let out the hem of the 4R I bought, it was still a little short for me. However, I have found that if I order a Boden dress in "long" the rest of the dress doesn't fit. Boden, even if you don't want to lengthen your dresses, I would be grateful if you would give us a little more cloth in the hem for customizing the length.

I ordered the rosemary chrysanthemum print and it got a lot of compliments. The fabric was wonderfully light! Overall, the dress seemed at least a half size too big. But as I ordered it for casual wear, I wasn't going to take it to a tailor. I did like the dress enough to order another once it to clearance.

I ordered a size 8 petite, my normal size and always a great fit in Boden clothes. This dress was enormous! I am 5' 4" and weigh 133. I am reordering it in a 4 petite and hope it works out better. Plus it was extremely long, it came down at least 4 inches below my knees and a Boden 8 petite always hits me an inch or two above my knees. Can't figure out why some say it fits well and others say it was too big. Maybe some were miss sized? I will try the 4 and see how it works. [...]
