I live near Boston, MA and bought this coat right before the weather turned rainy - what a find! It's perfect and looks fabulous. I love the lining -- so many compliments. I wear it for work and at home to run errands. I have a feeling I will wish I bought two when this one gets old. I bought it in blue and love it.

I wanted to love it but this parka was a total miss for me. I followed others' recommendations & sized down, which was a mistake as I have broad shoulders. But I wouldn't bother to exchange for a larger size as I just didn't like it that much. The coat was stiff & restricting, with too many snaps & toggles. The patch pockets on the front looked odd & frumpy. The drawstring waist was unflattering. It is rare that I am not happy with a Boden purchase, but this went back the next day.

This jacket is a perfect length for a variety of clothing styles. With an adjustable waist, bulky jumpers can be worn underneath in colder weather. Very smooth fabric that is soft but retains a crisp shape.

This is a really nice parka for spring. It's light weight and water resistant. I bought the navy blue, but it was a little too plain for my taste. The floral lining was super cute, but no one can see the lining when the jacket is on! I had to exchange it for a bigger size, so I just went ahead and bought the print. It's really cute and I get lots of compliments on it.

I have another Boden coat that is a size 8 and a smidge loose on me. I sized down on this one after reading the reviews, but the 6 was too tight across the chest. The 8 is a little on the looser side, but I can cinch the waist and it looks great. I think that parkas look better that way, anyway.

My complaint about my two Boden coats is that the fabric in the pockets seems really thin, like it will tear easily. I haven't had any problems yet, though, but I try not to fill them up. I would like to see a couple more pockets on this parka, so that it has a little bit more of a military feel.

All in all, this is a nice coat. It's a little expensive for what it is, but I think it was a good purchase.

Overall a great Spring coat. Good for those days when you need a light jacket and you are ready for the rain, if needed. I like a side vent pocket so I find the top flap pockets to be a bit awkward. But the pockets are super roomy.

Also like the inside draw string, so I can adjust the fit based on what I am wearing.

I purchased the parka in Vintage Vine, size 12. Found the print very cute. The garment is light (lined with just navy fabric) yet well-made, has roomy pockets, and I like the inner toggle drawstring. I would have preferred a brighter-colored lining, as I rather dislike navy and find it generally dull. Perhaps bright red or purple would have worked just as well for this parka, especially because it has small red accents trougout (on zipper and inside in the drawstring). Still, there is something different about it, the print is adorable yet understated, and will not clash with brighter accessories. Very pleased with the item.

Thank you for offering this jacket! Last spring I purchased a trench from another retailer that did nothing but wrinkle when I wore it. This jacket is perfect in every way. I'm considering purchasing it in navy as well (I have it in driftwood).

My first time ordering from Boden and I plan to shop again. This jacket is a great fit and true to noted measurements. The patterned liner and the solid blue color (I ordered the navy) make for a pretty contrast. Being pregnant I appreciate the adjustable waist. The jacket is well made and even kept me dry in light rain. Extremely pleased with this purchase!

This is the perfect spring/fall jacket and raincoat in one--just what I was looking for! It can be dressed up or down, which is ideal. Thanks, Boden! I agree with other reviewers that it runs a bit big to allow for layering, but my regular Boden size works well and the drawstring helps. Love the classic navy color (and cute flowered lining). It really stands out in a sea of black coats!

I wanted a parka that is comfortable and casual but wouldn't make me look frumpy. I think this parka is perfect because you can cinch the waist in as much as you like. You just pull the ties tighter on the inside of the parka. There is also a lot of cute details which make the parka special. I love the colorful inner lining, the buttons and the stitching. It's the perfect spring jacket for me, a mother of two who is always on the go. I can't wait to wear it!
