This blazer is just lovely. I am just thrilled with my purchase! Excellent tailoring. Compliments my hour glass figure beautifully! I am 38' bust 32' waist 42' hip and the size 10 fits to perfection. Able to wear a camisole and light sweater underneath. The length on this piece is excellent too, hits at top thigh, or perhaps a little lower; since I am petite. The olive herringbone color is gorgeous, and classic. VERY FLATTERING!

I love the longer length in this jacket, and the shaping adds more defintion to my otherwise straight up and down figure. I am 5'3", 140 lbs, and my normal Boden size 8 fitted pefectly, although as usual in regular length jackets, I had to shorten the sleeves - no trouble as I am handy with a needle and thread. Also love the fact that it is Yorkshire tweed - nice to feel I'm wearing a bit of the old country on my back. Keep giving Moon Mills your business! I eneded up buying the grey and the dark green as I liked the jacket so much, and they were on sale.

Very well-made, classic style with a little flair. Love that it's 100% wool--such great quality. Runs a tad big--wish it was more fitted through the bust. But I kept the size I ordered (my regular size) because it's nice to have a blazer you can layer over a light sweater and a smaller size wouldn't have fit across the back. Beautiful, soft wool. The green is gorgeous and versatile. And unique.

I ordered the olive green jacket in size 6 and the charcoal in 8. I am almost 5' 7'' and about 127 lb. I really wanted one of these jackets to fit. The shoulders and sleeves were great (I have long arms) but I should have paid more attention to the photo of how the coat looked in the back. It's unprofessionally short. Would gladly pay extra money for two or three more inches. Not really Downton Abbey from the back view.

Tweed is beautiful and substantial, got it in the green and am so glad, it will work with all colors. Does flare more than expected at the hip but not unflatteringly so. Tailoring is great. This jacket is a true classic and will never go out of style. Will be a favorite as a jacket or blazer for many years to come in my closet/wardrobe. Can't wait to make my friends jealous. And the fact that it's on clearance for half off? Doesn't get any better.

Hacking jackets were on my vintage/thrift store list this year to wear running errands and to spruce up my jeans when going out at night. Even though I found a beautiful olive green wool one, I had to order this one just to compare. The brown, 100%(!!)wool tweed is beautiful, traditional and timeless. While I don't really need it, I am afraid there will never be another like it so I am keeping it. I normally wear a 6 US in Boden and this fits great and as I wanted: I can fit a button down and light sweater under this and wear it as a "jacket" but it does not look big with just one layer. I have broad shoulders, 32 DD chest and the fit is fine. The nipped waist is quite pronounced so the jacket provides the look I wanted...not just a another blazer. I am most impressed with the exquisite fabric and the style. I love the teal lining and its rosy piping and the handy interior pocket. This is my "estate" jacket because I will never give it away...It will be passed down to my daughters when I am older and grayer or become part of my limited (very) "estate." More Moon tweeds please Mr. Boden!

This is a lovely jacket, well made and the 8 fit wonderfully across the shoulders, chest and hips. However, I am an hourglass and it did not nip in at the waist as much as I would have liked, so I am considering whether to have it altered to fit better. This is not the fault of Boden but rather a consequence of my body shape! The charcoal grey is darker than pictured, but I prefer it that way. My only complaint (and perhaps I am being picky here) is that there is a slightly darker patch of tweed in the front in a fairly noticeable place. This is most likely a natural irregularity of the fabric as it is a mix of black and white. I took a star off for this reason as it looks a bit like a small stain until you look at it closer. Otherwise the jacket is beautiful and I am very happy with it. Boden should definitely bring it back next year!
