This is a lovely boiled wool jacket that I can see will get a lot of use as both a Fall and Springtime coat in Boston. The blue is a vey nice and unusual shade for a coat. Not sure I would have paid full price for it but am very pleased with it at the clearance price.

I am so happy I bought this sweater/coat. I wasn't sure from the other reviews in how it would fit. I am 5'9", 145 lbs and a 36B. I bought the black in a size 6 and it fit perfectly. It is maybe more of a heavy sweater than a coat, but I will wear it fall, spring and on warmer winter days. It is so easy to wear - goes with everything and you can just throw it on. Love it!

nice color with light weight but warm fabric. However, the fabric was too itchy and irritable. I might have been okay wearing long sleeve inner ware and a scarf but my small children wouldn't want to come near me when i wear it. Also, I think there is a whole lot of fabric hanging in the front making it look like a maternity clothes. If it was a little more fitted, it would've been better. I had to return it.

I love the color and warmth of the material, however, it doesn't fit quite as I had hoped. The sleeves to are about 3 inches too short, granted I do have longer arms and have this issue with most long sleeve garments. I wish Boden would have a tall line for tops that could provide longer arm length without the add bulk. Other than the length of the arms it is a lovely coat and is great to wrap up in on a cold winter day.

This coat is easy to wear over a thick sweater and warm over a blouse. I love the pockets and the loose style of this jacket. It was 18 degrees here today and I wore this over a thick sweater with gloves. I was warm and comfortable. Great buy!

This seems to run a tad big, but besides that, is very A-shaped and a bit stiff, adding bulk to the waist and below unnecessarily. If wanting to hide some bulk though it would probably do the job well. Quality seems nice, not scratchy.

Like a coat knitted out of fibre glass insulation. As soon as i took it out of the bag it felt awful and to be frank I only got one arm and half a shoulder into it.....its going back. Boden, please, boiled wool does not have to feel like a hair shirt.
