Ordered in YELLOW. Other than the colour (which I will get to) everything else about this coat was pleasing and as expected. I love the look/feel of the boiled wool. The fit was good- my measurements are more a size 6 but for this i sized down, fitted close but not snugly in the 4, with less "spare" material in appearance when worn open. The lining was a lovely dark grey-blue colour too, would've complimented the yellow nicely, if it was as pictured. 6 would've probably been fine just with more 'swing', if I wanted that.

COLOUR: YES, as has been observed in other comments, it's not as shown. I think someone had said it was darker (could've lived with THAT). I'd describe it more as dingy or muddied looking. It really is a MUSTARD colour, and not mustard as it's often interpreted - no, take a bottle of mustard, not the kind with food colouring added, the natural stuff, look at that yellowish-mixed-with-black colour, and THAT is what you get. Now think about if you want to wear that colour on your skin. I know it looked awful on me, but hey, maybe it works for someone else. It might have even been an ok colour if the coat was of some material with a natural sheen to it, and not of boiled wool, but something about seeing the wool in that colour just made me want badly to wash it. It's definitely going back.

Nicely tailored coat. Love the design. Like the lighter weight fabric, but the wool is itchy around the neckline. Pockets are deep, but very narrow, can hardly fit my small hands. Overall is a great value as I bought it on sale.

This jacket is generously sized, so there is no need to size up. Fits well through the shoulders and is loose around the waist, so it covers my leftover pregnancy belly well. It's a nice light jacket that is easy to move in. Be warned, the jacket is not all that warm. I won't be wearing in December or January when the highs are in the low 20's, but it will work for the 30's up.

This is a great little coat to add a bit of cheer to running errands about town. It won't wear on the most bitter Wisconsin day but really not a lot does. If you thought you would get sunflower, you will get a really lovely mustard colour that looks great on this redhead!

Very nice fit, and classic. I don't care for bulky coats, so this was a perfect find.
I would highly recommend, I usually wear a petite, the size 4 was true to size.

I needed a mid-weight winter coat, and this fits the bill. I got it big enough to get a sweater underneath it - and glad I did, because its a little lighter than I hoped. (I'm notoriously cold blooded)

What a beautiful coat is all I can say. The leaf green color is so fun and goes with a ton of things. The coat is not to dressy but not to casual either. You can wear it with jeans or over a pants suit to work or for drinks afterwards. I went up a size just to make sure I have room to wear sweaters underneath the coat and I am glad I did. Also, it is not too heavy or light. It is just the right amount of warmth to not feel overwhelmed. Another great purchase! Thanks!

This coats fits well, with room underneath for sweaters. The style is very flattering.
It's not super warm, probably best for Fall into early Winter or early Spring use.

I was expecting more of a canary yellow. It's closer to acorn squash. Loving the color regardless. But it is darker than in the catalog. Perfect fit. Warm. Comfortable. Amazing quality!
