This is my first perchase in boden.
before I ordered, I've hesitated.
because I read review that this was an odd size.
I'm 5.47 ft, 126 lb , usually small size in the winnter coat. actually my shoulder is not too small. but I don't like loose fit. so I ordered 2R size. fit is really good !!! I try to match my cashimire sweater. that was soooo cool!! comfortable,and looks like slim! design is simple,classic,and so cute!!

I initially ordered size 4 and it was so big. So I returned and got size two and it fit like a gloves. The quality of lining is not as good because of static cling but other than that I am really happy with it. I can dress it up or down and it has just enough room for mid weight sweater underneath.

This is a beautiful coat. But I only gave it 4 stars because I would say the sizing is really off. I usually wear a 4/6 from Boden and had to order a 10. Easy to wear. Can go from casual to dressy so easily because it is such a classic!

This is a great coat! You can dress it down or up depending on what you are doing. Some of the other reviewers mentioned sizing. I have very long arms and often have to order a size up because of this. I did not have to with this coat. The measurements online seem to be very accurate. Great classic style!

I loved this coat and it is beautiful and well made but it has an odd fit. I ordered a 4R and the shoulders barely fit - were actually a little tight- but the body was too big. If I ordered a 2R, the body would fit but the shoulders would not at all fit. I gave it good reviews beacause it is a lovely coat but it just doesn't fit me so sadly I will be returning.

I have at least a dozen Boden coats and I wanted to add this to my collection but I had to send it back. The 10 was tight across the shoulders but great everywhere else. The 12 was great across the shoulders but baggy everywhere else. All of my other coats are a 10 and fit great so this one has odd sizing. It was very pretty and had the fit been better, I would be wearing it now.

This is a well made pretty coat. I was looking for a coat that looked more special than average and thought the velvet trim would be it - but it didn't do it for me. The velvet trim is very nice, but doesn't make it pop as much as I hopedd it would.
