Luxurious, beautiful coat with a cheerful Boden lining...what's not to like? Nothing! However, I opted to send this coat back...I am tall and rather busty and while the coat looked "fine" on me, the high button front didn't really do anything to flatter me...might be a better option for someone who is not busty. Great fabric & swing to the coat. Velvet lends it a bit of a holiday feel.

I love this coat! I ordered the Deep Sea. It is beautiful! I can dress it up with a scarf or put it on over a pair of jeans. It is the perfect inbetween coat, not thick and heavy but I have worn it out during a cold spell and it kept me warm. I ordered the size 4. Just get it, you will wear it more than you think:)

I am very surprised at the negative reviews regarding the amount of material. This is a swing coat, and as such, is fuller at the bottom. I am 5' 4", 127 lbs, small busted, ordered the size 6 and it is very flattering. Boden was out of the light blue (my first choice) in my size when I ordered, so went with the "mole" which is a medium brown. On my monitor, the mannequin photo looks more like a brownish olive green, but as at least one reviewer has said, the model photo is accurate. It's brown and it goes with everything, so I'm happy. This coat is well made, although I worry about the buttons loosening, but that's an easy fix. The shoulders have slight padding which gives structure to the top and it looks great. The coat is youthful without being too girlish, and it's great to throw on here in Southern California where the weather is cool but not cold. Can't recommend it enough!

Gorgeous coat - nicely made, nice details. BUT, on my 5'3" frame (longer legs, shorter waist, a bust), I really looked pregnant. Just two or three more buttons would help flatten the front but then it would be the Heritage Coat, which I already own in petite...A shame as these are great colors and a silky-style lining.
