I loved how it looked, the size, and color. It was too hard to manage for everyday use.
Getting my wallet requires both hands to manage the drawstring + loop-notch clasp and a resting surface so that the bag doesn't flop around. I ended up holding up the line trying to juggle the bag, my wallet, a coffee, and get the change.
An elastic drawstring and single-release clasps would detract from its design charm, but would help with the functionality.

I ordered this in grey and plaid. I really loved the plaid but ended up keeping the grey because it is more versatile. The fabric is nice and soft, not sure how durable it'll be.
I will not be using this as a backback, and wouldn't recommend doing so - the straps are a little thin and it doesn't have much support. It is perfect as a large purse though - room for a water bottle, a snack, a sweater, a magazine, my camera, and a small umbrella.

I really really wanted to love this bag! It is well made and very cute. But it would be better as a purse instead of a backpack. I wanted it for school but my folder and books would not fit. Once it is packed it does not sit very well on your back. I wish it was bigger and the straps were made a little better. Oh well sending it back and exchanging it for a purse!
