This is my first experience buying Boden's menswear. I bought this in grey for my husband as he usually gets quite warm and won't wear a full jumper. He has never had anything like this before and he loved it as soon as he put it on.
I bought both small and medium - according to the size chart he would wear medium. The small was pretty roomy around the waist while skimming his chest so that's what we're keeping.
As it seems with all Boden products, the vest was a lot darker in reality than the photos show. It's 100% lambwool and was a lot finer than I had anticipated. Some might say it's thin, but I think that feature allows it to be dressed up or down.
A very versatile piece and it's promising to be very good value. If they had it in more interesting colours (like purple or dark green) I would probably by him another one.
