Perfect top for my slim 8 year old. I tried this top even though I was skeptical of the neckline, from the picture I thought it might be cut to low but that is not the case. My daughter put it on right out of the package and said it was "soft and comfortable". I can see how the sleeves might be tight for some but it they are perfect for my daughter. Love the longer length! Please keep this style coming!

I bought this shirt for my daughter because she's starting to like shirts that are longer so this shirt was perfect. The fabric is great, soft and cozy. I'd size up because the arms are a bit tight. My daughter is a slim 10 years old, and she wears 9-10 in mini boden but 11-12 in j.boden. It might look a little plain, but it has some really cute details like contrasting color trims and the ruffles by the buttons (but not too ruffly ... just enough). I'll be getting more colors for sure.

I got this for my 10 1/2 years old daughter ... she's outgrowing mini boden and is getting more interested in johnny b items. (so, i hope they'll start adding more stuff ^^) She's been wearing boden for 5 years now and besides very few, we've loved them all. This one is no exception. She loves it ... she's starting to like longer length shirts so this is perfect. And it's simple but has subtle details to make it interesting. I got this in grey and linen for her. I sized up (11-12) because I wan't sure on the fit and it's a little big (she's petite) but it still looks cute. She can get couple years out of these. I don't know how durable these are since this is my first one and I only had it for a week but the quality seems like it'll be durable. I noticed that boden's fall/winter collection uses more durable fabrics than spring/summer ... I really hope boden comes out with more stuff for tweens. There aren't too many places we can shop at, because of her age, but this is definitely one of our favorites.
