These are really cute and will get lots of wear – we bought the denim version – the problem is that my daughter, who is 11-years old and slender (about size 12, typically), could not squeeze into the 24 (which normally works great with Boden) and finds the 26 hanging from her waist. So, there really isn't a happy medium, but we will gladly keep until she can grow into the 26. They are wonderful, just like all Boden product. Just wish the sizing was more predictable.
