Our T-shirt Dress has been with us in a similar guise since we launched Johnnie b. It's enduring popularity probably has something to do with the fact that it takes the best bits from an easy cotton top, and a swingy cotton skirt, and marries them together in one wearable day dress. This season, we've updated the style with a fresh choice of prints, and cosy longer sleeves for the cooler months.

Sweet & Modern dress. Great for the little girl who isn't so little anymore. I think the size may run a bit small. My daughter is tall and thin and the torso is a bit tight. I might have gotten her a size larger to get two seasons out of it.

This dress is perfect for my 12 year old picky tween-- she pairs it with leggings, ballet flats or Uggs to dress it up or down as needed! The only thing that could be improved was if the skrt was made from no-iron fabric (I just have to be sure to snag if from the dryer when it is still warm to avoid ironing).

My 10 year old daughter has a tank dress similar to this from Johnnie B that she wore all the time last summer so she was thrilled to see one that she can wear in the fall with or without leggings. She loves it because it is so comfortable. We got the grey with yellow dots and she adores it. It was true to size but we got one size up so that we would have some growing room in it.
