I got the stripy ones for my 9-yr-old and she really likes them. Adorable socks that easily go well with her clothes.
During clearance, I bought the dotty ones for my 12yr old. They fit bigger than 6 1/2. (I am 8 1/2 and I could wear them.) My older daughter commented that these are thin. I have to agree with her. She is comparing them with her other socks. My kids wear them to school and they have P.E. classes. It'd be great if they are a bit more cushioned.
To me, the color combo on these dotty ones do not look as cute as the stripy ones. We will be looking for the stripy socks next time.
