We bought this during a sale and it's very cute for that price. I am a little surprised it is as thin as it is, considering the model is walking around in the snow. I thought it would be warmer. With a long sleeved shirt underneath, though, it could still be worn in pretty cool weather. I would not label this as winter gear, however, and plan to wear it only on cool days, not cold. Love the colors. Green/pink is very cute and girly and the purple/blue is also adorable. Both could be worn with either matching tights or leggings, grey leggings, or skinny jeans.

My daughter got this as a Christmas gift. She LOVED it! However, after the first wash in COLD and low heat tumble dry, the garment shrank about a half a size. Now the sleeves are short when she raises her arms and the length no longer covers her bottom (the feature we liked the most with the skinny jean fashion.)
Would love to return it, but they no longer have the color in stock. A real disappointment.
