This is a lovely skirt. The cotton corduroy is very soft. The gathering at the waist gives it fullness. The skirt is lined with a cotton fabric in the same color. The pockets are edged with rick rack, a sweet detail. The blue color is easy to coordinate. My daughter really enjoys wearing it!
