My 10-year-old doesn't like wearing dresses these days, but when I showed her the squirrel design, we both fell in love with it. She wore it all day on Thanksgiving and it was great to see my girl, usually in leggings and a T-shirt, looking cute and dressed up for once! She got compliments from all the grown-up ladies, usually along the lines of "I wish they made it in my size!" One friend says she'll turn it into a pillow for us once my daughter outgrows it, because the pattern really is precious. And it came out of the washer and dryer looking great. (I didn't wash the underskirt, just the overdress.)

This is a beautiful dress. My daughter has gotten a Boden dress for Christmas for the last three years. She is four years old and this year she was able to pick the dress she wanted and she picked the one with the squirrels. We both love the dress and she can't wait to wear it.
