My son picked this shirt out of the catalog, and it's very nice looking. Some of the Boden boys items are a little foofy for my childrens' taste, but this shirt is classic looking without being boring. I am giving 4 stars only because the first one I received had a spot on it, so I sent it back and received a replacement promptly. For a slightly taller than average 10 year old boy, I purchased size 11-12, and it looks perfect, with a little room to grow. For him this is a shirt to wear somewhere to look nice and neat, not for every day playing in the dirt. I hope it survives for his brother to wear in a couple of years.

Great quality shirt. Only con is I do not love the color of pink that was used for the collar of the blue/green stripe. It's kind of a fleshy colored pink, not the truer pink I expected.

Honesty time - the shirt is nice, an average polo. I like the contrasting collar and cuffs. My mistake was getting the red with gold collar/cuffs. The color combo is AWFUL! What were you thinking, Johnnie?? It looks like a MacDonald's uniform from the 1970's. The red looks awful with the mustard yellow collar. Went immediately back in the bag for return.
