I love this swim suit for my son; he's a very good swimmer and I always thought regular trunks looked so uncomfortable on little boys. Who wants to swim around with baggy shorts dragging along? These are comfortable, cute, and don't get in the way. I can't comment on how well they hold up, since we just got them, but I will update this at the end of summer and report on how long they last. Bottom line is my son loves them, and that's what really matters.

I bought these trunks for my son last summer for the first time. He was 5. We both loved them. A refreshing option since all swimming suits for boys seem to be those baggy, long legged board shorts which are completely annoying. It's summer! Who wants to have long soggy pants on when you are swimming that drag you down? These are great and he loves them for comfort. They dry quickly when wet. They are meant to be snug. He is now 6 and about 58lbs. He can still get the size 5-6 on but they are very snug. I just ordered this years in 7-8 and they are a little loose but he will grow into them nicely this summer. I will say the vivid colors quickly fade in the sun and pool but that did not deter me from buying two pair again this year. I have seen nothing like this anywhere else. PLEASE keep them for next year!

My little guy loves them for their comfort and I love them because he looks adorable! My little James Bond! Can't speak to their durability yet but the fabric is great and they seem well made. I bet they hold up well for my daily swimmer. Get them!

great for the pool, however not for sandy beaches. my both boys have these trunks. love them. the boys and the trunks. but hate, that after my son went bugy boarding on the beach, the sand got trapped between the fabric layers and can't rinse it out. unexpected dissapointment. but still love these better then kney long swimshorts

Bought two pair for our 3 year old son....I love them! He loves them! They are super cute, he likes the comfort, and they seem to be well made.
