My son loves fuzzy jackets and we love the stripes on this... but I was disappointed that it's not soft on the inside. A little lower quality than other items like it. My son is quite happy though so that's fine.

My 2 year old son ADORES this! It is perfect for cooler spring/fall days when he is off to daycare with cooler weather in the morning. Even though it is a shade big on him, it will fit him for over a year, like most everything else I have gotten from Boden. It isn't thick like his jacket and isn't so thin like a flannel, etc. It is just right for a good, warm layer in the interim for spring and fall. My son wears it outside, to daycare in the morning, or all day when it's chilly, and to knock around in on the weekends. Also, he loves the pockets, as he as recently discovered that he can casually put his hands in his pockets :)

Bought a 2-3y size for my average sized just turned 2 year old (35in, 27lbs). Sweatshirt goes down over bum and have to roll the sleeves at this point... which means the perfect amount of growing room. Super soft. Love the shape. Pockets were a nice surprise.

My 2.5 yr old loves it for the pockets and because he sees the contrast stitching as train tracks (ha). I love it because it's easy to wear without being too sporty and because the "Lake" color (with citron-esque contrast details) is absolutely enchanting. It's darker than expected, think "lake at dusk" rather than "lake in the midday sun". A little skeptical about the fabric mix- wish it were a little thicker, and not sure what the polyester brings, but I am so happy to have it for the shape and colors. (He's just 2.5 and I'm already tired of stripes and the gray/navy/red/brown that dominates boyswear.) If there were other enchanting solids, I'd buy another!
