I got these for my preschooler son who constantly scrapes his knees in above the knee length shorts. These techno shorts are really cute and cover his knees for those wild dump truck rides. Thank you Johnnie!

My son and I both love these shorts! The pull-on style is great for him (who is 4.75 yrs but still has difficulty with buttons) and the wide waistband is comfortable. They're really light weight but very durable. I've been buying a couple of these every year - always size up so that my son can wear them 2 summers. He's on a shorter side and size 4 is a perfect fit (waist and length) but this year I got size 5. If I'm with him we tighten the drawstring. When he's at school he just wears them with the waist folded over once. The design is very cute with big pockets. We got the steel and orange this year and both work great with pretty much any top. I know orange is out on the web but I found it at a department store that carries Boden.

Love the print on these star shorts! The blues and plum go great together. Please note I do not think purple faded t is a good match. Navy is better. The shorts a tad bit longer on my guy than I prefer. Hit about the shin. I prefer just below knee length. This is why I ranked "run a little big." However, they do fit good in the waist - not too big. he will definitely be able to wear two seasons!

I love these because they cover my son's knees and give some protection from scrapes. And the lighter weight fabric means they are cooler in hot weather. He loves them because they pull on. I really tried to only buy a couple pair, but kept coming back and now we have them all!

These shorts are both stylish and comfortable. My son loves the soft waist, and I like the drawstring to cinch in the waist. Love these shorts paired with the purple guitar icon t-shirt. Nice looking for boys, and seem like they will last a long time.
