These are awesome sweatpants. I have a 4 year old (42 inches and 31 lbs) and I originally bought a size 4 but it just fits so I exchanged for a 5. He has a tiny waist so it's a little loose but the drawstrings can be tighten. I've washed it once and there's no color bleed or shrinkage. My son loves them and said they are soft and comfy (I purchased these in 4 colors!)

Love these all spring and summer long. I always buy a size or two up because they run small and my son prefers them baggy! My only complaint is that the first 2 pairs I bought the elastic inside the waist would get twisted after washing, hoping that problem has been sorted out since last time I purchased these. We've only had it happen to 2 out of the 4 pairs we've owned so perhaps it was just that year? Other than that LOVE these!
