I love this swim suit because of its fun print, but also because it is a one piece suit which helps me in keeping my wet, squirmy baby protected from the sun.
My baby is 8 months, but usually wears a 12 month size. I bought the 12-18 month suit, and it does not fit like the picture. It is just about full length in the sleeves and legs. Based on that, I would say it runs a little big, but I admit to buying it on the big side.
