This was an impulse buy: a linen skirt in my favorite color, the Robin's Egg blue-green. When it arrived I was so excited that it looked and fit perfectly. Beautiful color and nice linen texture. I am petite and it fit nicely. The darker turquoise stripe is more muted in person, not the brighter color like in the picture.

Nice design. Gave it only 4 stars due to some odd fitting around the waist. It's almost like I have the skirt on sideways with the hip seam bulging in front.

I have this in every color EXCEPT string. I get compliments every time I wear them. My perfect combination--classic, but not boring (thanks to trim and flared cut at bottom). However, I am still on my crusade to get Boden to PLEASE STOP LINING SKIRTS WITH COTTON! It's the number one reason I return purchases I make from Boden. Creates unnecessary problems--hard to iron;bulky;"sticks" to anything else that has cotton, so if I want to tuck in a cami or any type blouse that has cotton in it, looks terrible through the hips and stomach; hot; and in a maxi--just TOO much fabric. I absolutely want skirts to be lined, but why not a smooth, good quality acetate or other "non-stick" fabric lining like you use in some of your skirts?

i am 5'2" and the 4r length fit great on me - came to ankle. i orderd the String color which i love! the bottom stripes are a warm grey. i wore this with another Boden top i purchased last fall. it's a faded red and grey striped top. worked perfectly. my only beef would be the skirt liner. it makes it feel a little heavier than i would have liked it, although its still cool. i think they should have stopped the liner at knee.

Got this in 2 colors because I love maxi skirts -- I'm still on the fence on whether to keep the navy, but the khaki "string" color was an instant "bleh" reaction... much darker than it appeared on my computer screen, and not nearly as elegant a color. Also, the overall skirt definitely feels heavier than I'd hoped for a summer skirt -- maybe from the combination of heavy linen plus lining. At 5'4", though, the regular length was perfect.

totally agree with earlier comment that you should order LONG if you want true maxi-style and skim floor. I have never ordered long and am 5'9", but did need for this type of fit. Had to order 3 sizes to confirm. In fact even tried size 10 Regular (and my normal 8 Regular, just to confirm) too. I wanted to see if the larger size would fit lower on hip and thus hit floor...but actually cut across stomach which is soft and not flat (birthed2kids) and also still didn't skim floor as much.

I'm 5'4 (barely), 130lb, and the 6R fits perfectly. It just hits the tops of my feet, sits perfectly at the waist and hips, and it hangs beautifully. I got the white, which is lined properly and is the perfect summer weight - not too heavy, not to light. I'll get a lot of use out of this skirt!

This skirt is so beautiful. The Quail Egg color is a lovely light blue/mint color. The reg length is perfect for my 5'8" ht. So comfortable, my usual size fits great. The linen does wrinkle as linen will, but not too badly. Love the maxi length and would love more maxi skirts please!!!
