When I got these boots I loved them - good looking, easy to take care of. I buy about 1 pair of black boots every year or so, and where them regularly all winter. Unfortuntely these are not wearing particularly well. For the money, I'd expect them to last longer than one season. The material on the heal is separating from the rest of the shoe, and some of the stitching is coming undone.

Love this boot! My calves are a little chunky (15 inch calf) and this boot is definitely slimming! Not too tight; but also stays up nicely. Not as comfortable as a tennis shoe; but it's definitely more stylish! Would buy it in grey if it was available next year!

I'm always on the lookout for stylish flat boots. These look great on long legs; nicely conform to the shape of the calf. The inside sole is very hard, so I use a felt shoe liner to make them more comfortable. I bought at full price and came back to buy another pair, but size 42 is sold out. I sure hope Boden has something similar next year!

Looked great on, but unfortunately the shape of the boot squished my feet badly by the little toes. I had this problem with 2 other pairs for shoes from Boden, so I think I'll just stick with their clothing! The shape of my feet just doesn't seem to jibe with their footwear, but seems to work for others, so I would still recommend.

The design of this boot is nice -- it fits well, particularly around the calf, which can be difficult. However, the material of the boot is not high quality looking. The boot almost looks like a rain boot. I prefer last year's faux suede material much more.

These boots are great - I've never had a pair of boots that actually fit my calf, but these do! They are comfortable and warm, and I get so many compliments on them! I usually wear a size 9, and these fit perfectly with a size 40. :)

Love the fabric! It is so hard to find boots that will work for someone with skinny calves! These are well made, stylish enough to wear now, but not so trendy that they will be out of style in a few years. Sadly, I have to return them, as they are a bit big (my other pair of Boden boots were the same size and fit well. go figure.) I have dreams of wearing these to work, out at night, to go for daytrips to the City.....
