Firt got the pink floral which I reviewed yesterday. This review is for the Grey, which I thought was pewter hoping there would be some brown in it. But it's pretty much all grey with the cream design. Still a very pretty top; perfect for the office. Once again got lucky and snagged my Boden size 10.

More or less the same reason I gave the pink floral 4 stars: 1) necline too high, but I leave the first button open, 2) thin material which is perfect for summer, but the drawback is that it is thin enough that I have to be careful in wearing and washing.

Since it's a darker color I don't have to wear a cami, but probably will for the office. I have not had to "safety pin" between buttons yet, as I did for the pink floral.

It does have certain drawbacks, but overall, LOVE IT and happy enough with the purchase. I'm thrilled I am able to enjoy 2 of these crinkle shirts.

Lookswise, this blouse is GORGOEOUS. A perfect shade of baby pink and the floral design was not overwhelming or too flowery that it looks like my grandma's. I was a bit wary about the color because some reviewers indicated that it was more beige than pink. Well, the one I received was definitely baby pink. I stay away from pastels because of my mocha complexion, but this color scheme on me was surprisingly very flattering.

Now for the fit, I got lucky and was able to snag my Boden 10. When I took it out of the wrapper, I worried because it looked tiny, like 2 sizes small. But once I put it on, it stretched nicely, and yet another surprise - it actually had a slimming effect!! I received it last night and immediately wore it to work the next day. The first person I meet as I walk in the office complimented me on the shirt.

The downside: 1) necline too high, but I leave the first button open. 2) gapes between the 3rd and 4th buttons, which I fixed by securing with a safety pin. 3) but just when I made that fix, then it gaped between the 4th and 5th buttons. Still not a deal breaker for me. It's the structure of the crinkle fabric that makes it behave like this. 4) thin material which is perfect for summer, but the drawback is that it is thin enough that I have to be careful in wearing and washing. 5) requires a cami, at least for officewear.

Despite the cons I listed, I still love this shirt and am willing to keep. I just hope it will be durable. Yet another beautiful and happy shirt from Boden! Thank you!!!

I thought this shirt looked so cool and cute. And it does LOOK that way. But it's really thin material, like I could poke my finger through it without much effort. And it's SUPER static-y - like, I put it on and it just suctioned to the cami I was wearing under it. Nothing could stop that static! It had to go right back. It felt weird on and I wasn't a fan. At all.

True to size, I'm 5.6 138lb and the 6 is a perfect size. The color is more like a faded pink and I love it. It's long enough to cover the hip and the material is fantastic for travel since its wrinkled. The neckline is a little high but still sexy.

This shirt looked so cute on the model and I have almost without exception loved my other Boden clothes. But this shirt - nooooo. It's clingy, and the material feels weird, and the whole thing feels like it's just full of static. And it is super thin so I bet it would not wear well. It had to go back right away.

This shirt is lovely, by itself with some bling or not, or under a jacket or sweater. The fit is shapely but not tight, i.e., perfect. I'm happy to have it!

Loved this shirt on the first wear! However, on the second wear I tried to pull my sleeves up just a bit to wash my hands and tore a 3 inch hole in the right elbow. So disappointing. We had guests over and I didn't want to change so I just rolled my sleeves up. About 30 minutes later my son tugged on the hem of my shirt to get my attention and his thumb went right through the flimsy fabric. I never even got a chance to wash it. Very disappointed that I spent over $70 for a shirt I got to wear two times. :(

I've been keeping my eye on this shirt since i saw it in the catalog. after getting it on recent sale, it did not disappoint. A wonderful fabric (silk/cotton) feels comfy, chic and pleasant against the skin unlike some polyester shirts. the fit is perfect: it accentuates the figure, is not too lose, and not too tight. The pattern is beautiful (I bought light beige/pink shirt with blue flowers), although in life it is more beige than pink. An excellent purchase (for reference I am size 8, 150 lb, 5'7'' tall.
