Well, they look beautiful but I can't even get them on! I'm so sad. I have another pair of Boden pants in a 6P and they are, if anything, a bit big. But these wouldn't even come close to closing. I bearly got them over my hips. I'm so disappointed! Must return.

I was so worried about ordering these pants. Based on reviews, I almost went up to a size to a 10L but based on garment measurements, stuck with an 8 L. I am usually a 4 or 6 in other US brands but often an 8 in Boden. The 8L in navy are very nice and made perfectly fine. It is unrealistic to expect every pant to fit every shape and these are no exception. At 5'9", I'm long and lean and this style fits well. I have 38.5" hips and a 32" waist and the 8's are quite loose in the waist. Even with almost 3" heels on, the hems hit the floor. This is in part because the pants are loose but I have ordered anther pair in 6R to see if those fit better and to wear with flats. They may be too snug in the hip/butt. We'll see. Either way, I' ll have the 8L nipped in at the waist by a tailor.

Just received these pants today. Like some of the other users, I was surprised that the fit was so bad. I normally wear a 0 in US sizes and ordered the 2R in these pants. I couldn't even zip them up! The problem area was definitely in the hips. Interestingly, I ordered another pair of Boden pants (also in a size 2R) and those fit fine. So, I really think it's something to do with this particular style.
I truly do wish they had fit (or still had the next size up in the color I wanted (cream). I think they would have made excellent pants for work and seemed like they would have been comfortable.

I love Boden pants but these were a HUGE disappointment. The top layer seemed sewn on wrong to the lining, the fit is too tight, especially for a wide leg pant, the fabric felt like polyester instead of cotton-linen blend. Maybe I got a defective pair but it was bad.

I've had my eye on these trousers since they were introduced, but wanted to wait until they were on sale. 100% worth the wait!! I bought them in cream and navy, and both pair are absolutely fantastic. Boden sometimes forgets about us curvy gals, but not this time! I'm 5'8, 150lbs and the 8 fit my hips perfectly without having the gap at the waist! The only thing that would make them more perfect would be the removal of the cuffed hem, but for the quality and the price, I can deal.The fabric is a little heavy, so if your summers are swelteringly hot, you might want to reserve these for fall and even a mild winter...or just make sure your office has the A/C on!

I want to love this pants but they are very tight around the hips and waist. I am 4'11" and 116 lb. I wear Boden size 4P and it was way to snug, I could not get the zip up. Returned them.

I loved these pants and wish they had fit. They were too tight in the butt and thighs. if I had gone a size up they would have been too big in the waist and still not quite big enough in the tigh and butt. I am really not that big in that area. 5'1" and 110-112 llbs. Oh, well.

Fabric is substantial and the fits is really good ---very slimming. My derriere and legs looked great. Fit would be perfect if they didn't stick out a bit on the sides where the pockets are located. Very elegant! I am 5'5" and size 10R in Boden pants and these were true to size, yet were long so will have to have them hemmed.
