This is a fabulous dress. It's very comfortable and seems to be well-made. I ordered the 6R but it's too big. Sadly, the size 4 seems to be sold out. I'll be returning this dress but sorry to see it go. It's a perfect cocktail/evening dress for women who don't want to show too much skin. I am 5'3", 125lbs. The dress hit above my knees but not too short.

I was so pleased to find a classic, yet comfortable dress for an evening event. Flattering design. I am 5'10" and 135#. I ordered a 6, tall. Fits nicely. Elegant and warm. At 40-something and living Wisconsin, no one needs to see too much skin in the spring. I would difinitely order a dressy-dress from Boden again!

Ladies...this is THE DRESS! Sophisticated, elegant AND COMFORTABLE! Many sequined items are itchy or start loosing sequins the moment you put it on. This dress is well made. It would look stunning with a leather blazer and colored scarf for work. Or the ultimate Drama Dress because of its neutral color you can jazz up your shoes, earrings, etc in a myriad of color...That's right...YOU GO GIRL!!

I ordered a couple of dresses, including this one, for some upcoming holiday events. This dress is very well made but was not flattering on me. I have a larger chest and while the dress fit on the top, it was much too large through the middle. Given my shape, the higher neck was not flattering. If you are very thin, this dress would probably look great (the sequins were pretty and it was comfortable). I would suggest ordering down a size.

I wanted to like this dress but it just doesn't work that well on my body. It's a little big/ shapeless in the middle, and one of my better features is my smallish waist. I'm getting a little older and thought this piece might be something for the longer haul since it has a kind of chic shape on top combined with coverage - it's a cute neckline and I like the 3/4 sleeves but I think it might be just too frumpy in the middle for my body type. It might work better for someone with a different shape, perhaps someone with a larger waist but great legs (it's kind of mini, at least on me, I'm 5'9"). I'm tempted to order the smaller size but think the hips and shoulders won't work for me then. [...]
