LOVE this dress, bought 3 in diff colors, very forgiving fit, my kids even compliment me... and talk about comfortable! I am 5'4", 160lbs 36D and I feel pretty in this dress. To be totally in carefree comfort I bought the 12L but I also have one in 10L (no short skirts over 40 for me please and the L just covers my knees) and that one is a little more va-voom.

The dress looked comfortable and stylish and when I tried it on, it fit the 2 categories. I love pockets on almost all my clothes because of the convenience of it and this dress had that (which was a plus). The blue looks vibrant in the online image on the model, however, it is terribly faded looking in reality. The dress looks like it is about 8-10 years old and has gone through numerous laundry cycles. That is the only negative about the dress. I am 5.1 and petite and the 4R fit me well.

I love this dress. It's super flattering. I'm pearish shaped and it's adorable. (Did I say that already?) I'm small chested so I had to have it taken in a bit. I suppose I could have ordered a smaller size, but I didn't want to part with it! Walking down the street, a woman passing on the street said "Such a cute dress! Don't you love Boden?!" I thought that was hilarious and so did my 12-year-old son. (I bet she'll read this ... Hi nice lady on the street with super cute kids!)

Love the colors and the way it fits. Perfect. I don't mind the patch pockets on the front, although if you put anything as big as an iphone in it makes it look bulky and stretched out in a funny way. Overall very comfortable and stylish, can wear around the house/park and run errands in.

I exchanged for size 6 for a closer fit and it still ballooned. My daughter gave me an alarming look and said, "Sorry Mommy, I know you really wanted this dress to work, but that one just has to go back!" I'm sorry about the criticism, but this dress doesn't flatter. Who wants to wear clothes that give the impression they might be expecting? Can we please have dresses that hang well and are tastefully discreet? The only one I want viewing the "goods" is my husband. Sorry, this one had to go back. Pity, because my summer wardrobe was almost complete.

This is a great,easy dress you can throw on and feel comfortable in the hot summer months. I just had my second baby and didn't want anything too fitted through the waist. I'm 5'9 and the tall hits just below my knee. Also, I love the pockets. In the floral pattern, you can't really see them but are handy. Thanks for another great dress that's long enough, Boden!

I love the fit and style of this dress, I really do. I bought a US 4 and US 6 because Boden US 6 dresses have been too big on me this year (but they all fit last year and Johnnie..I haven't shrunk!). The 4 fits great--very cute cut, nice and trim but not tight. I'm just worried about the cleavage area--it dips quite a bit in the front. I don't know if I'll keep it or not, trying to work on a different bra situation to make it work! I got the Khaki Tropicana color, and it is funky but kinda fun! The patch pockets are no big deal and the fabric is not see through.

This dress is adorable. I loved how I looked in it.
The pockets were invisible on mine; they blended
right in to the green swirl pattern, and I love to have
pockets. My boyfriend loved it the best of all the
beach dresses from Boden thatI tried on. Boden's
dresses with waists look all wrong on me as I am
very long waisted. My issue with the dress was that
the seam under the bust line needed to be about
a 3/4 of an inch lower as it didn't fall
below my bust as it should have.
No one else writing reviews seems to have mentioned that so maybe
the flaw is mine and not the dress. I am 5'6, 152 lbs, and a 38B. The price
seemed a bit steep to me for such a casual dress. The green swirl was lovely though. I was also hoping that with the smocked back I might be able to wear this braless, but the dress doesn't give you that kind of support. I'd love it if you'd put shelf bras in a few of your dresses Boden!
