My 14 year old daughter absolutly HATED this dress. (I got her the white one) She said it made her look like a doily. It lokked very young on her, and very puffy. (She's quite slim) Then, her twin brother said she should add a belt to it. She chose a thick leather belt, added cowgirl boots, a funky owl necklace, and a pink cardigan, and this was literally the cutest outfit ever! And to think we almost sent it back! I bought this dress thinking it would be a nice around-town-with-my-friends dress. The boxy shape provided little to my shape and has been confined to our pool and beach days. The fabric is beautiful and eyelet elegant but I have not gotten the wear out of this dress as I originally thought I would. Purchasing the size down is highly recommended.

I love this dress, it is cute and the eyelet gives it a classic touch. my only complaint is that is pills up after you wash it a fue times. I still love it though! I bought it in white and it is great for hot weather.
