The hat is nice with a soft, thick lining which should be warm enough for Fall and Winter. The gloves are nice quality and will work well for Fall but probably not warm enough for snow and wet weather. My daughter will use the gloves in the car and for outings around town and use water proof gloves with the hat in extreme weather conditions.
