Ordered this in navy for my almost-4-year-old son. He loved it -- I was a little disappointed that the lining only extended as far as the hood. It probably made it more practical for summer, but the description led me to believe that the entire jacket was lined.
Also, I had to return the first hoodie because the zipper, which always stuck a little, broke after only minor wear. I'm waiting for a replacement -- hope I have more luck with the second one, since it's a nice little jacket on the whole.

The thickness of this hoodie was the first thing that surprised me. It's very warm and thick. Nicely made, high quality cotton.
My son is almost 4, about 38" tall, and 32 lbs. I was unsure if I should get the 2-3 or 3-4. The shaggy hoodie I bought in a 3-4 is a perfect fit, so I opted for the 3-4 in this style, as well. I haven't washed it yet, but this style runs quite a bit larger than the shaggy hoodie. It's longer in the sleeves and the body. I think I could have easily gone with the 2-3, but this size isn't unwearable - I'll just roll up the cuffs and it will be a little long. I'm sure he'll be able to wear it next summer, too.

My 2 year old son loves this sweatshirt so much he did not want to take it off. It is a good lightweight sweatshirt for spring or cool evenings in the summer. The design inside the hood is cute. I ordered the 2-3 (my son is 36 inches tall) and the length is good with a little room to grow.
