My ten year-old son loves these boots so much he even wears them with his sweatpants. I'm thinking, if you choose lug sole boots over running shoes to wear on the playground, these must be comfortable boots. He has a neurological condition that makes him more clumsy, he drags his feet often, but these are holding up very well under daily wear. I will buy them again for sure.

I ordered a pair for my son, 8, to wear to school. Leather shoes which cover the foot are required. Although he is perfectly capable of tying laces, he rushes through the job too quickly to hold shoes on his feet! So I decided to try these pull-on boots. He loves them, and calls them "my mini-Bodens".
My daughter, 6, is a very girly girl but was so impressed with her brother's boots that she asked for a pair to swap off with her beloved Mary Janes. She loves hers too and wears them to school with more casual outfits--yes, even with skirts. They have lasted well so far and my son has worn them every day.

We love these boots because shoes are the last things we put on when we are headed out the door! These boots a fantastic when we are in a hurry! Our 8 year old says they are comfortable. But, when he was 5 years old, who knew? Little boys don't want to be bothered with such things! But when they come a little bigger, they do notice if their toes are going to be squished when they spend a whole day at the zoo.
Would buy these again in a heartbeat at a sale price, which is what we paid. They are still expensive, but seem to be well made.

The best pair of very stylish boots for a very rough 6 year old boy! My son put these on as soon as they came and he wouldn't take them off! After wearing them a month they still look brand new! And he is extremely hard on shoes. They have been everywhere from school and church to a big pile of mud! We love them. The only thing is they are a snug fit at first because they are leather but after my son put them on a few times they were perfectly comfortable. I tried to go a size up so he could wear them longer but they were out of stock. Will be buying another pair next year! Saving these ones for his baby brother! Another great product from Boden

These boots are not only attractive and functional but very sturdy and rugged. My very active son has has his for a year and we still get compliments and questions asking where we got these awesome boots. Even his father commented on how cool they were. I will keep buying him a pair each year as long as they are available!

I bought these boots for my 2 1/2 year old son a couple weeks ago and he has worn them every day since! They can be dressed up with a button down shirt or easily worn with a plain tee. He doesn't complain about them so I'm assuming they are comfortable. They are pricey but when you see them you'll understand why! They are very well made and look expensive. Matter of fact my husband said he wants a pair in his size!

They were a little tough to put on the first couple times, but are easy enough now. Although I wouldn't say my son would be able to put them on himself-we have to work together to get them on. Thin dress socks make it much easier! This definitely wouldn't deter me from buying these shoes again because I love that there's no laces! We are very happy with the purchase!

My son loves these slip on boots. They do require a little extra nudge when slipping the foot in, but once on, they are comfortable & kid-cool, kid-approved.
